Cinematic Click Booking - Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made with Cinematic Click, a UK-based provider of wedding videography and photography services. By booking our services, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

2. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable booking fee of 25% is required to confirm your date and secure our services. The remaining 75% balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the wedding date. Failure to pay the full balance on time may result in cancellation of services without a refund of the booking fee. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card, or any method agreed in writing.

3. Cancellation by Client

Cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@cinematicClick.co.uk. Refunds for cancellations are subject to the following:

- More than 90 days before the wedding: Full refund minus booking fee.

- 30-59 days before the wedding: 50% refund of total fee (excluding booking fee).

- Less than 30 days before the wedding: No refund.

4. Cancellation by Cinematic Click

If we are forced to cancel due to serious illness, accident, or other unforeseeable circumstances:

- A full refund will be issued, including the booking fee.

- We will attempt to help find a suitable replacement service provider, but we are not obligated to do so.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be provided under the following conditions:

- A complete technical failure resulting in total loss of deliverables.

- Failure by Cinematic Click to deliver the agreed final content within 90 days of the event without a valid explanation or contact.

No refunds will be provided for:

- Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences.

- Missed shots due to delays or venue restrictions.

- Environmental or technical issues beyond our control.

- Post-delivery edit requests not agreed in advance.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide a detailed event schedule. Access to venues and cooperation from guests must be arranged. Cinematic Click is not liable for missed moments due to time constraints or third-party interference. A suggested shot list can be submitted, but not all shots are guaranteed.

7. Delivery of Work

Final edited photographs will be delivered within 4-6 weeks. Final video highlights and footage will be delivered within 6-8 weeks. Delays may occur during peak season; clients will be notified.

8. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All images and videos remain the copyright of Cinematic Click. Clients are granted personal use rights only. Cinematic Click reserves the right to use selected work for portfolio, website, and marketing unless the client opts out in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by the client. We are not responsible for emotional damages or consequential losses.

10. Data Protection & Privacy

Client data is stored securely and used only for service delivery. Cinematic Click complies with UK GDPR.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control (e.g, natural disasters, pandemics, equipment theft).

12. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

Concerns must be raised within 7 days of final delivery. Both parties agree to attempt a resolution before taking legal action. Governing law is England and Wales.

By booking our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms in this document.
